Billing cycle starts (your choice):
The first charge lands on your chosen cycle start date, then each quarter is true-up'd to whoever actually signed in. The first person to sign in with an @your-domain email becomes your Enterprise admin.
Enterprise: you are billed each quarter only for people @your-domain who actually signed in that cycle - invited-but-never-joined and people who have left are not charged. Volume rate (USD, per logged-in seat per month): under 500 = $1.00; 500-999 = $0.80; 1000-1999 = $0.70; 2000-4999 = $0.50; 5000+ = $0.40. The first checkout quote uses the people-count you type; later quarters true-up automatically.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; licenses activate automatically within a minute of payment.
